Pyrthea Houses Koufonisia location
Pyrthea Houses Koufonisia are located just on the western edge of the town, close to Karnagio Beach and the Mylos windmill bar. That means everything is walkable from the houses and it’s a very convenient location – the only very slight negative is that the road to the north-west of the island runs past the property so there’s the occasional large truck noise.
Elina is the owner of Pyrthea Houses and she’ll meet you at the port to give you a (very short) lift round to the houses.

The house itself is very well fitted out. There are 3 possibilities depending on the size of your party – 2 units downstairs (1 larger at 60sqm, 1 smaller at 40sqm) both with a large terrace to sit outside. There’s also a 100sqm apartment upstairs boasting a veranda with an even better view and you could rent the whole property if you needed to.
Pyrthea Houses units are furnished simply in the Cycladic style using natural materials and are very comfortable – the kitchen is well equipped for any home cooking or take-away meals.
Facing to the west, the sunsets can be something special and as you sit outside enjoying them, you’ll probably notice a stream of people strolling round to the Karnagio Ouzerie to have a feed and do the same!
